1. What is your return policy?
- Item(s) that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, may be returned if purchased exclusively from EB5ARTS.com. Due to our items being handmade and exclusively customized, items may only be exchanged for store credit. Customers are granted the option of receiving store credit in the amount of the value of the return item. In order for us to process your return, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. We are able to provide store credit in the amount of the return shipping cost to customers returning item(s). Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our processing facility in Houston, Texas.
2. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

3. What if I am outside the continental United States?
- If you are outside the continental United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Australia), you may return items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, however, any such return must be received at our processing facility no later than 45 days from the date of original order or it will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide store credit for return shipping to anyone outside the continental United States at this time.

5. What about my store credit?
- If we receive your return within 30 days, you can choose to receive your refund as EB5ARTS.com store credit. In order for you to receive your refund as store credit, we must receive your items within 30 days of your order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your refund.
- If you paid with a EB5ARTS.com gift card or EB5ARTS.com store credit, you will receive the money back as EB5ARTS.com store credit.
6. How do I return an item?
- Sometimes you have to try things on to know if they’re your style. That’s why we want to make returns as easy as possible. Item(s) that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered may be returned, no problem. Just make sure they get back to our processing facility in Texas within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
- Go to EB5ARTS.com and click the envelop on the upper right hand side. This prompt will lead you to email@example.com.
- Within the email, make note of the order that includes the item or items you would like to return. Additionally, add the email address you used to make your purchase.
- We always want to improve! Tell us why you’ve decided to return each item.
- Pack up your item or items and drop them off at any authorized shipping center.
- Once received, allow us 5-7 working days to process your refund in the form of store credit. Outside the continental United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Australia), you must return the item(s) back to us at your own cost as we are unable to provide store credit towards the return shipping.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
- Due to our constantly changing inventory and high demand we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like an exchange, we recommend returning an item for EB5ARTS.com store credit as this will allow you to repurchase from our live inventory. Our store credit does not expire.
8. I would like to return a gift I received for a refund. Is this possible?
- Sorry! Unfortunately, gifts cannot be returned for a cash refund. However, EB5ARTS® is happy to refund gifts in the form of EB5ARTS.com store credit. To return a gift you received, you will need to know the order or invoice number as well as the shipping zip code or billing last name. Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to help you locate this information if you do not have it.
9. Does EB5ARTS® offer free shipping on returns?
- If you are shipping your return from within the continental United States, you will be able to receive store credit in the value amount of the return shipping cost when you process your return on EB5ARTS.com. If you are outside the continental United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Australia), you must return the item(s) back to us at your own cost as we cannot provide a store credit for the returning shipping.
